Ladies and Gentlemen, we have an orphan:
and HOW.
This one is completely hand-done:
the stone was cabbed by me
The engraving done without the aid of electronic equipment
and
it
is
a
WHOPPER!
This is the stone on its own: a mystery plume whose material is all but gone:
one cabochon remains
and then *poof* -
a memory.
I will be listing this orphan in the shop tonight at 5 PM Pacific Time -
be there with your finger size ready and your shopping finger primed:
there have been inquiries already.
And here is the tiniest of bee wings.
The imprint is heartbreakingly strong
and the sentiment so hopeful and tender
it aches me.
Good heavens.
SNAPPED UP!
Lastly, here is a pair of earrings on its way to my Mommy
in Minnesota:
a deep pattern from an antique sterling silver plate:
there is one more pair I could make like this:
would you like to reserve them?
Just convo me and we'll figure out the details!
My mother and I have a long-running faux battle to say
who loves the other more...
she says it's her because she knew me longer
but now I
WIN
because I stamped it in metal which is nearly eternal.
So there ;)
After I list the orphan I will be off to San Fran to see Amy:
her flight was significantly delayed and
so she is not with me today
but I cannot wait to hug her!
Have a wonderful weekend,
Allisunny
