So Lucky

My car was t-boned by an older woman going 35-40 miles per hour today.
Witnesses say she didn't even brake....

My car jumped the sidewalk and hit a light pole five feet back from the street and bounced back to close to the road.

I took a few pictures and they are chilling.

I had so many kind and lovely witnesses, I cannot even begin to say how grateful I am

I am not sure yet if my bones and joints are alright, but my body is intact.

The adrenaline is still here.

Tomorrow, the hospital just to get checked out.

I had so many things to share with you today, some beauty, a few orders, etc....

everything can wait, in fact it has to.

I am here, and that is all that matters.

Love,
Allison

Ohhhhhh Allison, it's so wonderful that you are alive and for the most part, unscaythed. Car wrecks are horrible and scary occurances, and you are truely lucky to come out alive.

Your poor sore muscles will be in my prayers!

!!!!!!!!!!! Sweet Jesus, Allison. I'm glad you're OK and I'm glad you're going to get checked at the hospital.

I implore you to snuggle under covers and drink tea and rest. And if you need to chat, I'm around. Be well and be safe; you're in my thoughts. xo.

Oh, Allison, I am so sorry that this happened. My fingers are crossed that you are alright. I've always heard that it's the third day after such an accident that the nagging injuries (sore muscles, headaches, etc.) show up. Glad you're going to the hospital tomorrow to be checked over. Peace, Girl! Love, Phyllis in Nashville

To say that I am glad you are ok... well, lets just say that is a MASSIVE understatement. Love you and be gentle with yourself... it takes awhile to recover from that kind of shock.

Oh my goodness, what a trauma. Even if everything "checks out," you have been jangled from head to toe--mentally and physically. Thinking of you and sending healing thoughts into the aether. So glad that you are SAFE.

Oh Honey!!! Dearest Sunny, please get some arnica and apply stat(gel or traumeel works good as well as tablets)(you probably know this already)........As a survivor of too many very bad auto accidents, I say rest and be beautifully gentle with yourself and get your precious body some treatment. Yes the universe has interesting ways of communicating, does it not?

Love and healing to you dear friend.

Wow...must have been a chilling experience. Glad you are in one piece.

How horrible! Happy to hear you are in one piece. Although you didn't break anything, your must have suffered muscle strain and sprain which needs to be treated. Get yourself a good attorney because the insurance companies will not deal fairly with you unless you have an attorney. You don't have to give a statement to her insurance company, only to your insurance company. I have been through this several times. Get some rest.

Accckkk!!! It all happens so fast......I was in a bad accident many years ago, and for those few seconds, time stands still. Take care of yourself and savour your life.....It's a grim reminder that we are merely flesh and bone.........

Oh Allison, terrible to hear about and even scarier to see the aftermath. I am so thankful that you walked away from it and I wish you lots of care and comfort as you heal. Cuddle your babies close. Sending good thoughts your way.
