This year I am determined to push into new territory and keep my brain from going on the same track over and over again. I am determined to try new things.
So I am taking up painting as I had an idea that stuck in my head about thought bubbles and how great it would be if they contained color instead of words.
I am working in acrylic.
I am scared and excited like a kid is when they really, really like something.
This may take awhile :)

Good luck... I do wonder about dabbling... I dabble all the time and never jump over a level of proficiency that I really think I could attain if I focused more. Then I think it's not me not to dabble, and I have to stay true to my nature.
Lady... sing while you paint, write in your mind's eye, and search deep inside for the depth of the colors inside your soul.
lastly remember Picasso said, "If I don't have red, I use blue"...
