4 States in One Day

In Oklahoma at a Best Western.
Losing my voice but still singing with all I got.

Weird gig tonight, too tired to play really well.
Too tired for talking much to very nice people.
Argh....

So tired it feels like plastic wrap on my brain.

Stick a fork in me, I am done.

I had such a nice time at your show in Chicago! I really enjoyed meeting you in person and wish we could have actually gotten to hang out more -next time we will! I have been listening to both your's and Matt's cds. Please tell Matt he has won the coveted dinner cooking slot for music. I usually only listen to certain favorite happy music when I cook (stuff my parents played when I was little like Michael Franks and old Bossa Nova and we would dance around the kitchen while we cooked). Anyway, Matt's "Grin of Livin'" takes me to that happy place and I like to hear it when I cook. Thanks for everything. Come visit Paul and I sometime again soon! -Kate Sutor

Put your feet up when you can and remember to enjoy the ride. You will smile on it when it's over and think "Boy, that went quickly!"
