We are happily fed in Albuquerque, NM after having some of the best breakfast burritos ever, and we're about to be on the road.
The land has changed into mesas and scrubby brush and gorgeous colors.... many many pictures will be put up tomorrow or later tonight: the sky has been like watching a soap opera: storms aplenty, cloud formations and sapphire blue.... we missed the American Southwest so much, and are so grateful to be here.
The fatigue has passed, thanks to good people and good rest: two more gigs left, one tonight in Tucson, AZ and the last one in Redlands. My girlfriend Terra is coming over on Friday night to my hotel room for a sleepover and then Schmilly arrives on Saturday. O.M. Goodness....
I am gonna smooch him something fierce.
Love to all of you: we've been so grateful for all the comments and love you've shared with us here on this blog, even though there has barely been time to respond.
I'll be taking a few days off between arriving home and getting back into the studio to just simply absorb this epic experience.
It feels like we've been gone for a month and all of the bravery and excitement has given us something new in our lives... the sense of accomplishment is to be savored.
